How to fix a worn out Shirt Collar

If it's frayed but still intact, you can mend it.

Carefully stitch along the frayed edge using a hand sewing thread and needle matching the color of the shirt

For slightly larger frays, Use an  iron-on patch 

Find a patch that matches your shirt's fabric and iron it on the frayed area

If the damage is limited to the front side of the collar, carefully remove the collar and reattach it in reverse.
