When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name (only when provided willingly) and your email address so that we can correspond with you.
Your personal data will not only be stored in the website’s database but also in the applications we use to send our newsletters and campaign. There is an option  for you not to subscribe. You also have an option to unsubscribe from the newsletter subscription any time.

The newsletters are sent to you through third party email marketing sites, who have agreed with us to keep the data confidential

If at any point in time you do not want the newsletter there will be an option on the newsletter to unsubscribe. We will be sorry to see you go, but your right to privacy is more important to us

How long do we retain the data

 If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue

If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

 

Sharing on Social media platforms by users /Public Activities
